FLIP : venez goûter à nos nouveautés !

Cet été, du 6 au 17 Juillet, rendez-vous au Festival Ludique International de Parthenay (Deux-Sèvres)

Plus connu sous l’acronyme du FLIP,  Parthenay célèbrera la 26^e édition de ce festival.

Libellud ne manquera pas d’être présent durant les 12 jours de cet événement estival grandeur nature.

Avec un stand de 40 m ², venez passer un moment ensoleillé et rafraichissant en découvrant en avant-première Et Toque (sortie prévue pour Septembre 2011), en voyageant avec Dixit Odyssey ou tout simplement en vous détendant avec Dixit, Fabula et Bugs&co !

Jean-Louis Roubira, l’auteur de Dixit et Dixit Odyssey, sera présent lors du FLIP.

Libellud will be attending the international board games festival in Cannes !

We will be attending the international board games festival in Cannes from 25^th to 27^th February 2011, and we hope to see many of you there.

The Libellud team will be ready and waiting to show you our games and our latest projects at the 25^th edition of this major event.

The Festival International des Jeux in Cannes offers the ideal setting in which to premiere our brand new game, Bugs&Co., designed by Bruno Faidutti and the creators of Jungle Speed. This game demands a combination of speed, memory skills and risk-taking instincts in a hectic race against the clock.

You will also be able to play Dixit and its extension Dixit 2 with the game's designer, Jean-Louis Roubira. This event will also be an exclusive opportunity to test-drive the new iPhone implementation of Dixit. The winner of the coveted Spiel des Jahres 2010 has harnessed modern technology to provide even more fun!

You will also be able to discover Fabula, released in October 2010. This game's magnificent illustrations will inspire your friends and family to adventure into the wonderful world of Grimm's fairytales. Mélanie Fuentes, who created the artwork for Fabula, will be autographing your games in Cannes.

As if that were not enough for this 25^th anniversary edition of the festival, Libellud will also inviting visitors to play-test one of our new games currently under development, namely the prototype of Au Menu, a game designed by Barbara Turquier and Emmanuelle Piard which is sure to whet your appetite.

And if you are particularly well-behaved, Libellud might just give a sneak preview of the first images from the enigmatic Dixit Odyssey!

So be sure to come and visit us on the Libellud stand at the only event of its kind in France, in Cannes from 25^th to 27^th February.

Join Libellud in Germany this October...

One of the board gaming world's most hotly-anticipated events will take place in Germany between Thursday 21^st and Sunday 24^th October: the Essen International Games Show (Internationale Spieltage) is the world's largest board game event.

Libellud is delighted to announce that the whole team will be travelling to this event to present Dixit, Dixit 2 and Fabula.

We have spared no effort to make this event a real treat! Not only will Dixit and Fabula be on show at the Asmodée stand by the entrance to the show, but Dixit will also have its own dedicated 120 sq. m stand in Hall 9. That should be enough to satisfy anyone who wants to try out the 2010 Spiel des Jahres award winner!

But that's not all... The illustrators and designers of our games will also be attending the Essen show, giving you an ideal opportunity to meet Marie Cardouat (who illustrated Dixit), Mélanie Fuentes (who created the artwork for Fabula), Jean-Louis Roubira (who designed Dixit and Fabula) and Régis Bonnessée (Fabula game design), who will be happy to autograph your games.

Libellud relishes the prospect of meeting you at this unique event - So make a space in your diaries between 21st and 24 October!

Fabula unveiled in Paris!

The flagship event in the French gaming calendar will run from 10-12 September 2010 in Paris, at the Parc des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles. The 14th edition of the Monde du Jeu show is nothing if not ambitious, covering all aspects of play, including toys, board games, card games, role-playing games and miniature figurines. This is a unique opportunity for families, casual gamers and hobbyists to have fun discovering and testing all the latest creations.

Libellud will be present at the Asmodée stand, offering a sneak preview of Fabula, a game designed by Jean-Louis Roubira (who created Dixit) and Régis Bonnessée (who designed Himalaya). We also have a few surprises in store for you... But you'll just have to be patient because if we told you about them they wouldn't be surprises any more!

So clear a space in your diaries and be sure to visit us at Porte de Versailles in September!
